Where reconstruction is not possible, the round may be voided and any stakes returned.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (including under different names or contact details).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or if you have previously been self-excluded.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• At the Player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Inactivity — Accounts that have been dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to inactivity provisions as notified to the Player.

Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money Balance remaining (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any required documentation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not refundable upon Account closure where a breach of these Terms has occurred.
